The Northside Precinct area shall be defined by the following precincts:
44, 46, 78, 105, 153, 184, 196, 207, 261, 326, 339, 341, 543, 579, 637, 683, 795, 846
- NPJ’s shall not have officers
- All members must be Precinct Chairs
- All new members must be voted in by current members (Majority in attendance)
- One vote per precinct
- All motions shall be voted on a majority basis (in attendance)
- NPJ meetings shall be closed to all unless invitation is extended by NPJ’s
- Any NPJ member can call a meeting
- Any NPJ member can call a meeting on behalf of any group or individual
- NPJ’s shall not endorse any candidate; Individual candidate endorsements can be solicited within the NPJ members; Individual NPJ members can endorse candidates without a vote from members
- NPJ’s shall have the right to create fundraising events or receive donations for the purpose of voter awareness, voter participation, member precinct elections; Non-profit organizations, schools, underprivileged individuals/families
- No one member can represent the NPJ’s unless expressed permission in granted by the body in attendance
- All members shall be invited to meetings
- Not all members have to be present for a vote to pass
